Just thought I would tell you about last week.  On Wednesday, I went to Dallas, TX to film 8 more Unfolding Majesty shows for TBN.   It was a great time.   Other guests included Del Way, Joy Hill,and Crystal River.  Dean and Mary Brown are the perfect host.  They make everyone feel so at home and comfortable. 

This was Crystal River's first time there and the people absolutely loved them.  I was so happy they got several features.  On the last show we taped, Dean and Mary surprised me with a special visit from Nancy Harmon.  They asked Nancy to share how the Lord showed her the difference in relationship and Intimacy as she did last year when I was there.  I then sang "Intimacy With Jesus."  The Lord really blessed and it was an anointed time.  The song ended just as the program went off.  The other singers were actually weeping, the Presence of the Lord was so strong.  Usually when the show is over, everyone is getting up, going to get water, getting out from under the hot lights, but this one was totally different.  Everyone just sat there, no one moved, many were still crying and weeping and praying.  The camera operators stood motionless.  The musicians never moved, the Spirit of God was so evident, no one knew what to do.  God just moved on some precious people that afternoon.  It was incredible! 

 

I went from Texas to Indiana for two great services.  I sang in Shelbyville on Saturday night and Sunday Morning.  We had special prayer for the Pastor Jerry Travis at the end of the service. It was a great time!  Sunday night, I sang in Muncie Indiana at the Riverside Ave Baptist Church.  Special thanks to Barbara Wilson for making that night possible!  And special thanks to Paul White for bringing his sound system and making me sound as good as possible!

We are gearing up for the American Red Cross Benefit Concert on Sept 27th.Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church 6:30 pm    I am really excited about the evening.  So far the talent line up includes Mark Lowry, Lord Song, Talley Trio, Triumphant Qt, Crystal River, Galloways, The Trio, Anthony Burger, Shane Dunlap, Ann Downing, 2 or More, Kenny Bishop, and others.  Also scheduled to appear is Heath Shuler, former NCAA Athlete of the Year and runner up for Heismann Trophy, and Louise Mandrell (by video) . Oh yeah,  I will be there too!!!  For those of you in NC that heard the concert announced on JOY FM, yes I will be there too!

 

Tickets are only going to be sold at the door.  $10.00 donation at the door and then an offering will be taken to benefit the American Red Cross. 

 

For those of you within driving distance of Knoxville who have expressed interest in helping us get the word out, I have flyers that need to be posted in every grocery store, every Christian Book Store, Every Walmart, Kmart, gift stores, gas stations, telephone poles, wherever you can put them.  Please call Dot and let her know when you can come by and get the fliers.  All you need are some push pins and scotch tape and some determination! 

 

If you want to help us but you can't come by and get fliers, you can go to the webpage and print the flier from there.
