Many
of you know that I agreed to buzz my head if I raised $25,000 for Roger
Bennett's Bone Marrow transplant. Since his insurance company denied
paying for the procedure, there were several of us singers who took it
upon ourselves to help him get this done. My deadline for the
$25,000.00 was December 15th. Well, I am happy to tell you that on
the 15th of December I was well above what I needed for the "buzzin."
So therefore on the 17th of December, I sat down and a friend of mine took
some clippers and shaved my head! I told her to just go ahead and
totally shave it! We decided during the process, we should have some fun
with it, so don't be surprised to see several variations of "the buzz."
